How to Prepare Pretzel Bites

 

Pretzel Bites are designed for easy preparation with consistent results, making them ideal for busy cafe and catering environments.

  1. Place the Pretzel Bites evenly spaced on a lined baking tray, allowing room for even baking.
  2. Lightly spray the Pretzel Bites with water to help the salt adhere and enhance the golden finish.
  3. Sprinkle with salt as desired for that classic pretzel flavour and texture.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 190-200°C for approximately 4 minutes, without steam until golden and heated through.
  5. Serve as is or finish to suit your menu, sweet or savoury.
