From humble beginnings in a small premises in Palmerston North, Emma-Janes has become one of New Zealand’s leading companies for importing European products that inspire Chefs.

This has been made possible by listening to our customers and finding a solution for their needs. We understand the pressure that goes on in a kitchen, at Emma-Janes we are providing amazing products to relieve this pressure and make it exciting for all our Chefs.

Family Business Started.

1997

Emma-Jane’s brand established.

1998

Relationships set up with Foodservice distributors in NZ.

1999

First Van Diermen container of Puffs and Éclairs imported and launched into NZ.

2007

First foodservice trade show attended by the Emma-Jane’s team.

2014

Creation of the Emma-Jane’s website with foodservice products listed.

2015

First Traiteur de Paris container imported and launched into NZ.

2016

Gourmand pastry range imported and launched into NZ.

2017

La Donatella and Pidy range imported and launched into NZ.

2018

Emma-Jane’s rebrand and restructure.
