At Emma-Jane’s Foodservice, we are committed to delivering quality products to our customers. However, we understand that issues can arise. Please read our refund policy carefully.

We do not accept refunds unless the product is damaged during transit. Please note that we cannot issue refunds based on personal taste preferences. If you need to request a refund due to damage, please contact us at and provide your proof of purchase (Order #). We may require you to return the product for inspection, and/or provide the batch/lot number along with the name of the product.
