Our Fine Foods 2025 Roundup
What an incredible few days we had at Fine Foods 2025. Now that the dust has settled, we’ve had a chance to reflect, and we’re more excited than ever about the future of the food industry and the opportunities it holds.
Our theme this year was “Sky High Innovation,” and our stand symbolised exactly that. At Emma-Jane’s, we’re committed to bringing cutting-edge food trends to New Zealand, making premium pastries more accessible, and going above and beyond in everything we do. The cloud-themed design represented both the evolving landscape of New Zealand’s food industry and our determination to rise above any challenges it faces.
New Products
Our product showcases quite literally stood tall, perched on pedestals, highlighting the innovation behind them. We’re thrilled to soon launch our new fruit range, which includes Pear, Mango and the Cocoa Pod. We’ve also expanded into the world of authentic pretzels through our Ditsch range, introducing pretzel burger buns, baguettes, and traditional Swabian-style pretzels to the local market.
It was fantastic to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new ones who stopped by to enjoy samples of our latest creations including Garlic Bread Bites, Emmental Cheese Puffs and our striking Bi-Colour Chocolate and Raspberry Croissants.
Fine Foods always brings the industry together, and this year was no exception. We loved hosting friends from Queen, Bees Favour Honey and J.L. Lennard, who visited us each morning to enjoy what we had on offer. Their support is a testament to Emma-Jane’s growing presence among both suppliers and chefs across the country.
A special shoutout goes to our friends at J.L. Lennard, who supplied the Retigo Orange Vision Plus Combi Oven for the show. It fit perfectly into our stand setup and allowed us to serve fresh, delicious samples throughout the event, making a big impact with every bite.
We were also inspired by the creativity on display from other exhibitors. Some standout moments included Dilmah’s tea-based cocktail workshops and Mount Cook Alpine Salmon’s full restaurant experience, where guests could relax, taste, and engage in meaningful conversations about their incredible products. It’s clear that shows like Anuga in Germany are influencing the way we all approach trade events, raising the bar for innovation and engagement.
All in all, Fine Foods 2025 was a brilliant success and we’re so proud to have been part of it. Here’s to what’s next.
