Mushroom – Mini Bites

Small in size but big in flavour: Mini Bites are puff pastry canapes that are both crispy and soft, with delicious culinary fillings.

Easy to bake in the oven, they make excellent canapés, starters, or evening snacks.

Bake from frozen at 180-190°C (convection) or 200-220°C (conventional oven) for about 16-18 minutes. Baking time varies on type of oven.
